Challenges When Coaching

Through my participation in the Net Set Go netball development program I have found that coaching and interacting with young children was more challenging then first thought. It is a lot of fun and I think most of the children really enjoy these sessions, however there are some children who do not wish to participate in the actitivies and wonder around, drawing my attention from the majority of the children to them, which is unfair to the children who are enjoying the coaching. I need to practice being able to still coach the majority of the class whilst helping the individuals who aren't so interested.
